The Leamington Team were thrilled to receive some generous gifts from a very happy purchaser following the sale of a property in Whitnash.

We launched 16 Avon Road as soon as we were able to, when lockdown restrictions were first lifted. We were inundated with enquiries and due to the level of interest decided to arrange a block viewing session.  We had 15 people attend on the day and we received multiple offers. The property sold for £20k over the asking price and both the vendor and purchaser were over the moon with the result.

Following on from the agreed sale of Avon Road, we also helped the vendor agree a purchase through another agent and assisted in negotiating them a sizeable discount off their onward purchase price.

The Vendor said afterwards:
