As part of our managed services, Peter Clarke & Co arrange for a detailed inventory, arrange maintenance and repairs, process the tenants deposit, minus any charges for cleaning, item replacement, hold the tenants deposit in an approved scheme and carry out regular and thorough property inspections.

Because our property managers are highly experienced and each are dedicated to caring for portfolio properties, they can spot maintenance issues before these become too serious or cause damage.  By making sure that these are dealt with promptly, potentially more serious problems are nipped in the bud, thus avoiding the need for more costly repairs later on.
