Mortgage lenders often require the borrower to pay for the cost of a valuation. This is not a substitute for an inspection by your own surveyor for your own purposes.
We are able to provide a valuation or a Home Buyer report. A valuation is usually prepared in accordance to your requirements for that purpose, for instance a vaulation for sale, a purchase, an investment aquisition, inheritance tax, borrowing, matrimonial disputes, taxation and even gifts.
A Home Buyer report is a more detailed inspection provided in a format specified by the RICS with a view to giving guidance on the repair and condition of residential properties.
