Principal of Peter Clarke & Co, which I established in 1991.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and  a Chartered Auctioneer.

I have practised in Stratford Upon Avon since 1962. Prior to founding the firm I was senior partner of Locke and England with eight offices in South Warwickshire.

I am celebrating 60 years in the profession during which I have experienced many changes to the residential and commercial property market. I have acted for many clients over my career including the Town Council for whom I was the appointed surveyor for over 20 years.

Currently I am involved with land sales and acquisitions, valuations including inheritance tax planning and commercial property management.
