Born locally, my whole working career from 1986 has been spent in residential estate agency solely around the Stratford upon Avon area. I started as a trainee valuer studying for the then I.S.V.A qualification for a local firm of Chartered Surveyors, moved solely into sales and then as the Housing Act changed in 1988 conducted lettings also. Branch management followed and then I joined the John Shepherd Martin Sedgwick partnership in the late 1990s.
I joined Peter Clarke and Co as the residential sales manager in 2000 and became residential partner in 2005.
I have sold a market-wide range of properties from garages to riding stables to farms, land and hotels and guesthouses together with residential properties at all levels. I know the area well and I am ideally placed with experience to advise on sales, purchase/find, buy-to-let, part-exchange and development.
